Redesigned and rebranded Bigblue’s brand to reflect its expertise, professionalism, and modern approach. The goal was a visual identity and digital presence that conveys trust, clarity, and sophistication, while highlighting the brand’s ability to connect top talent with leading organisations.

The existing brand felt outdated and generic, failing to differentiate the firm in a competitive executive search market. It needed a brand that felt confident, approachable, and bespoke, while being adaptable across web, social, presentations, and client communications.

I developed a comprehensive brand system including a refreshed logo, typography, color palette, website, and client-facing templates. The identity is professional, precise, and modern, balancing authority with accessibility. The rebrand strengthened market positioning, enhanced client perception, and increased engagement across digital channels.
