This initiative expanded beyond in-person, offering a free online course consisting of on-demand content, virtual events, and mentorship to reach talent across the UK.  The program was created by industry experts and partners, offering practical insights into marketing, advertising, and communications.

The Target Demographic: Specifically aimed at young adults (18-25) from under-represented groups, providing an alternative, non-traditional route into the creative industries. The visual campaign was designed by Mother London . The impact of the campaigns, 78% sign up, meant the 2021 intake saw graduates securing roles at major firms like adam&eveDDB, R/GA, and Mediacom.
